Notes en route to London

The campaign to get me to London so I can speak at the Future of Web Design is going really well! So far, people have donated around $750 – that’s a third of the way there in only 1 week’s time!! How cool is that?

This just in: for everyone who donates $40 or more, I will give you a free copy of my book, The CSS Detective Guide!
Woo-hoo! Just got my box o' books! First recipient: my mother... on Twitpic

And, if you are local to Miami, I will give you a big hug too!
Off to the airport

So go ahead, ChipIn and show some love, and I will show you some love right back!

More great news: the donations so far have helped me get my plane ticket. Yay! I will be making my hotel reservation this week, and am in the process of putting together the presentation right now (this blog post is a little study break from it). I will be plenty busy until May 12th when I leave – the next two weeks are packed solid, but with almost 100% awesomeness, least of which is the excitement of planning for a great experience.
