I just wanted to announce that Jessica and Marc just welcomed little Miss Noa Serena Gidal into the world this morning, 3/1/06 at 3:11am. Yay!!!

Jessica said that she is beautiful and mellow. She had a quick, less than 6 hour labor that was more pressure than pain, she said. Here are the first pictures: www.gidal.net/noa.

You can see here that I am a proud auntie, even though she had not yet come. I think she already likes me though: when I put my hands on Jess’ belly the first time and said “Hi, baby!”, she moved her hand again mine. Ha! And I don’t think she was sore at me for thinking she was a boy, either.
